GUITAR / BASS / VOCALS
Raised on a very healthy diet of good old fashion Rock N' Roll, including artistes such as The Who, Rush, Fleetwood Mac, Thin Lizzy, Peter Frampton, David Bowie & so many more, it didn't take long before Chris, aged 13, picked up his dad's 1962 Fiesta Red Fender Stratocaster, and begin what would be a very fruitful career.
Alongside earning a BA Hons Degree in music, Chris had already been finding his feet as a gigging guitarist, and with an abnormal obsession towards guitars, and drive to transcend into a full time professional musician, he landed a position fronting a successful touring function band.
With a varied career to date, Chris has been the guitarist and voice of many projects live and in the studio, performing worldwide on renowned cruise liners, as well as prestigious venues and festivals such as the famous Ronnie Scotts, and The Ealing Blues festival.
Chris has also recorded with a great many well-known artistes including Paul McCartney’s guitarist Robbie Mcintosh, and Boogie Woogie Pianist phenomenon, Ben Waters.
Chris' life has organically been centred around music and guitars, and while already honing a strong career as a performer, session guitarist and educator, The Story of Guitar Heroes is a huge milestone, and a great opportunity to showcase every sonic arrow in his playing with his impressive proficiency of guitar styles, sounds and techniques.
